Reference is made to the Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited (the Bank)'s issuance of Subordinated Instrument to be qualified as Tier 2 Capital of Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited No. 1/2022 Due 2032 , to be matured for redemption in 2032 (BAY327A) representing a total of 15,460,000 units with a par value of Baht 1,000 each will be matured for redemption in 2032 which is a tenor of 10 years and interest rate at 3.90% p.a.. The period of interest payment is dued every 3 months, on January 27, April 27, July 27, and October 27 of every year (In the case that any interest due date and the register closing date fall on the Bank's holidays, it shall be postponed to the following working day)
The Bank, acting as the book registrar, would like to notify that payment of interest on Subordinated Instrument to be qualified as Tier 2 Capital of Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited No. 1/2022 Due 2032 (BAY327A) for ohwen15 sha be ade Monda A r 2 02 details are as follows:
Payment of interest on Subordinated Instrument (BAY327A) at the rate of 3.90o/ p.a., with calculating period as from January 27, 2026 to April 26 2026 totaling 90 days.
In this regard, the register closing date for the purpose of the said payment of interest on Subordinated Instrument (BAY327A) for the 15'" shall be on Thursdav April 16 2026 at 12.00 P.M.
