Reference is made to the Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited (the Bank)'s issuance of DEBENTURES OF BANK OF AYUDHYA PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED NO. 1/2566 TRANCHE 2 DUE B.E. 2569
DEBENTURES OF BANK OF AYUDHYA PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED NO. 1/2566 TRANCHE 2 DUE B.E. 2569
(BAY263A) representing a total of 2,000,000 units with a par value of Baht 1,000 each will be matured for redemption in 2026 which is a tenor of 3 years and interest rate at 2.51% p.a.
The period of interest payment is dued every 6 months, on March 30 and September 30 of every year (In the case that any interest due date and the register closing date fall on the Bank's holidays, it shall be postponed to the following working day)
The Bank, acting as the book registrar, would like to notify that payment of last interest payment and principal on DEBENTURES OF BANK OF AYUDHYA PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED NO. 1/2566 TRANCHE 2 DUE B.E. 2569
(BAY263A) for the 6" shall be made on Mondav March 30 2026 details are as follows'
Payment of interest on Debentures (BAY263A) at the rate of 2.51% p.a., with calculating period_as from September 30, 2025 to March 29, 2026 totaling 181 days.
The Debentureholders do not need to surrender the debenture certificates to the Registrar on the maturity date. The Registrar shall pay the principal repayment and last interest payment to the Debentureholders on the maturity date by sending a crossed-cheque paid only to each Debentureholder via registered mail or air mail (for the foreign Debentureholders) to the address of the Debentureholders or by transfer money to the Debentureholdersm bank account according to the criteria and procedures specified in the Terms and Conditions
In this repard, the register closing date for the purpose of the said payment of last interest payment and principal on Debentures (BAY263A) for the 6 shall be made on Mondav March 16 2026 at 12.00 P.M.
