Reference is made to the Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited (the Bank)'s issuance of Subordinated Instrument to be qualified as Tier 2 Capital of Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited No. 1/2024 Due 2034 , to be matured for redemption in 2034 (BAY346A) representing a total of 10,000,000 units with a par value of Baht 1,000 each will be matured for redemption in 2034 which is a tenor of 10 years and interest rate at 3.50% p.a.. The period of interest payment is dued every 3 months, on March 14, June 14, September 4, and December 14 of every year (In the case that any interest due date and the register closing date fall on the Bank's holidays, it shall be postponed to the following working day)
The Bank, acting as the book registrar, would like to notify that payment of interest on Subordinated Instrument to be qualified as Tier 2 Capital of Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited No. 1/2024 Due 2034 (BAY346A) for he sna be ade on Mo da Ma cv 202 details are as follows:
Payment of interest on Subordinated Instrument (BAY346A) at the rate of 3.50% p.a., with calculating period as from December 14 2025 to March 13 2026 totaling 90 days.
