Advantex Completes Executive Team Transition

TORONTO, July 26 /CNW/ - The Board of Directors of Advantex Marketing
International Inc. (TSX:ADX) today announced the completion of the Company's
Executive Team transition that began in October 2005.
Kelly Ambrose, who joined Advantex as President & Chief Operating Officer
in October 2005 is now assuming full responsibility for the management of the
operations of the Company, with the exception of the Company's Online Shopping
Mall business, which will continue to report directly to G. Randall Munger,
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Advantex has improved its operating cost structure, completed a $3 million
equity financing, successfully launched its Advance Purchase Program, and
recently began expanding into new geographic and ethnic markets. We are poised

The Board also announced that an Executive Committee has been formed to
focus on profitability. The Committee is comprised of Richard Groome, Peter
Charlton, G. Randall Munger and Kelly Ambrose. The Committee will meet
regularly to review and assess the Company's progress towards its
profitability objectives. Messrs. Groome and Charlton are members of the
Company's Board of Directors.
