The "SOCIETE ANONYME ADMIE (I.P.T.O.) HOLDING", with the distinctive title "A.D.M.I.E. (I.P.T.O.) HOLDING S.A." (or "Company"), further to yesterday's information to the investment community, regarding the disposal of 20% of IPTO's subsidiary company "Ariadne Interconnection S.P.S.A." to State Grid International Development Belgium Ltd, informs that the amount of the improved bid in the relevant tender amounted to EUR 62 million.
