Announcement of the modification of the Financial Calendar 2024
The "SOCIETE ANONYME ADMIE (IPTO) HOLDING", with the distinctive title "ADMIE (IPTO) HOLDING S.A." (or "Company"), according to the provision of the articles 4.1.4.3.1 of the ATHEX Regulation announces to investors the modification of the financial calendar for
2024 regarding the following dates:
Interim dividend Cut of date: Monday, September 9th ,2024(instead of September 2nd,
2024)
Interim dividend Record date: Tuesday, September 10th, 2024(instead of September 3rd,
2024)
Interim dividend Payment: Monday, September 16th ,2024(instead of September 9th, 2024)
It should be reminded that the Management of the Company has proposed the distribution of gross interim dividend at EUR 0.058 per share for the fiscal year 2024.
