(or "Company"), informs investors, pursuant to L. 3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, that under the "obligation of transactions notification", Mr. Ioannis Karampelas, CEO, purchased on 03.02.2025, 5.000 company shares at an average price of EUR 2.605 per share and a total value of Euro 13,025.
