The "SOCIETE ANONYME ADMIE (IPTO) HOLDING" with the distinctive title "ADMIE (IPTO) HOLDING S.A." (or "Company"), informs investors that according to the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of the Affiliate company, ADMIE (IPTO) S.A., on 10.02.2025, and specifically of the companies:
- ADMIE HOLDING S.A. (51% holder)
- DES ADMIE S.A. (25% holder) and
- State Grid Europe Limited (24% holder)
the Extraordinary General Meeting decided the election of Mr. Nikolaos Fridas, as a member of BoD of Affiliate, replacing the BoD member Ms. Despina Kalliouri.
