ABBEY MORTGAGE BANK PLC - BOARD MEETING RESOLUTION
At the meeting of the Board of Directors of Abbey Mortgage Bank Plc (the Bank) held on 21" October 2025, the Board, inter alia, approved the Bank's Unaudited Financial Statements for the Third Ouarter ended 30th September 2025.
The Unaudited Financial Statements would be filed on or before 30"October 2025, being the regulatory deadline in line with the rules of the Nigerian Exchange Limited.
The Closed period, which commenced 1" October 2025 will continue until twenty-four (24) hours aHer the Unaudited Financial Statements have been released to the public.
