At the meeting of the Board of Directors of Abbey Mortgage Bank Plc (the Bank) held on 22n^ June 2025, the Board inter alia approved the Bank's Unaudited Financial Statements for the second quarter ended 30'h June 2025.
The Unauditecl Financial Statements would be filed on or before 30th July 2025, being the regulatory d eadline in line with the rules of tne Nigerian Exchange Limited.
The Closed period, which commenced on 1" July 2025, will continue until the Unaudited Financial statements have been released to the Public.
