RESOLUTION APPROVING 2025 AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
At the meeting of the Board of Directors of Abbey Mortgage Bank Plc ("the Bank") hela on 6" March 2026, the Board inter-alia approved the Bank's Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 "December 2025.
The Audited Financial Statements would be filed on or before 31" March 2026, being the regulatory deadline in line with the rules of the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX).
The Closed period restricting the Bank's insiders from trading in the Shares of the Bank will continue until twenty-four (24) hours after the Audited Financial Statements is filed with NGX.
The Board also resolved to recommend a dividend to the shareholders, subject to the approval of the Central Bank of Nigeria.
