NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING RESOLUTION
At the meeting of the Boara of Directors of Abbey Mortgage Bank Plc (the Bank) held on 28th April 2026, the Board, inter alia, approved the Bank's Unaudited Financial Statements for the First Quarter ended 31" March 2026.
The Unaudited Financia! Statements would be filed on or before 30'^ April 2026, being the regulatory deadline in line witn the rules of the Nigerian Exchange Limited.
The Closed period, which commenced on 1" April 202d, will continue until twenty-four (24) hours after the Unaudited Financial Statements have been released to the public.
