What I'd like to do first is to give you an overview of the of the strategic priorities we set ourselves last July as we went into this financial year, briefly highlighting the progress made. We'll then build on those areas in more detail as we move through the presentation, examining the key performance drivers, showing you what's gone well, and what we're doing to drive further progress. We'll finish by giving you some thoughts about the outlook for the business moving forwards and where we're focusing our efforts to maintain our position as the business has the lowest cost to serve in the sector and where we can drive shareholder value.
