Great. Thanks very much, Mark, and thank you all for coming along and listening to us today. I'd just like to start off by giving a quick overview of our financial year that started back in July 2021. We've gone through a lot of change over the past fifteen months, and we certainly went through a lot of change in the fifteen months preceding that. But what has stayed consistent is the key pillars that we base our business model on. And it's those key pillars of driving low cost customer acquisition, a laser like focus on delivering profit, maintaining our sales retention rates and customer retention rates at a high level, driving efficiencies across our business coupled with disciplined cost controls, and maintaining a strong balance sheet that's enabled the business to thrive when times are good and be robust and resilient when times become more challenging. I think it would be fair to say that we're in one of those periods when life is a little more challenging. Howev...
