Mr. Julian Treger was previously the Chief Executive Officer of Anglo Pacific Group Plc. During his tenure at Anglo Pacific Group, he executed $450 million of acquisitions, transforming the business from a coal-based royalty business to a battery focused streamer, at the same time increasing income from £3 million in 2013 to close to £62 million in 2021. Mr. Treger also serves as non-executive chairman of Audley Capital Advisors llp, an investment advisory firm focused on natural resources with a long track record of transforming and unlocking considerable value in the commodities extraction space, including the restructuring and sale of Western Coal Corp, and development of Mantos Copper which recently merged with Capstone Copper Corp. In addition, Mr. Treger holds external non-executive directorships with MagIron llc, and BSL plc. He has a BA from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Grant has over 14 years of experience leading corporate finance teams within the mining, manufacturing, and distribution industries. Mr. Grant was previously at Wesdome Gold Mines Ltd. where he was the finance leader responsible for banking and treasury management, external financial reporting, insurance, enterprise resource planning systems, and oversight of the controllership functions. Mr. Grant has overseen the implementation of several capital intensive projects critical to increasing shareholder value including mine site restart from care and maintenance, the start-up of a new manufacturing plant, and the company-wide deployment of business-critical technologies. Mr. Grant has worked at the Director and Controller levels for a multitude of organizations including Pathways to Education Canada, Multimatic, and DoALL Canada, Inc. Mr. Grant started his career with Deloitte as an accounting professional, is a qualified Chartered Professional Accountant in Canada, and obtained his Honours Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University.

Mr. Mai holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Quebec in Montreal and over 15 years’ experience in the mining industry as a geologist, senior project manager and executive in coal, base metals and gold projects in Canada, Australia and South America. Mr. Mai has been with the Corporation since 2013, and with strong business oriented, geochemistry, gold metallurgy and processing skills, he has been a key player in the development of the Corporation’s ongoing and future projects. Mr. Mai is a Professional Geologist and a member, in good standing, of l’Ordre des Géologues du Québec (“OGQ”).

Mr. Jarvis has more than 30 years of experience in exploration and development of mineral resources, both in oil and gas and metals. After a career in financing exploration projects as a stockbroker, Mr. Jarvis moved to the corporate side of the business in 1996. He joined the Board of Ultra Petroleum, which at the time was a small oil and gas exploration and development company with a large, unconventional gas deposit. As Director responsible for Corporate Finance, he raised the equity capital necessary to prove the concept and to establish enough production to finance further growth with debt. Ultra Petroleum grew from an exploration play to 3 TCF of proven gas reserves. Mr. Jarvis became CEO of Giga Metals Corporation's predecessor company in January 2004. During his tenure, the company has drilled off a giant nickel/cobalt deposit, worked out a reliable metallurgical circuit, and published a Pre-Feasibility Study.
