A former COO of Barrick Gold Corporation from 2015-2018, Mr. Williams is a global executive with an established track-record of value creation, pioneering and transformational leadership within the Mining Industry and other demanding assignments. Amongst other notable achievements, this helped Barrick deliver an 80% improvement in the company’s operating profit over his three years, and the total overhaul of the Company’s relationship with the Tanzanian Government following a breakdown of relations between a Barrick subsidiary and that government. Formerly, the CEO of an African and Central Asian focused exploration business, and Non-Executive Director of Gem Diamonds PLC, he was also the Commanding Officer of the British Special Forces Regiment – the SAS. He is currently a Non-Executive Director of Trevali Mining Corporation, Chair of Trevali’s HSEC Committee and an advisor to mining companies facing complex operational, political or ESG challenges. A former Executive General Manager of Barrick Gold’s Lumwana Copper Mine in Zambia, Mr Ash is an experienced American Mining Engineer and modernizing leader, with a proven track record of building and leading teams capable of optimizing and enhancing the operating efficiency, profitability and sustainability of mining operations in complex and challenging environments.
During his tenure at Lumwana Mr. Ash Delivered over $100M in sustainable free cash flow improvements, achieved 50% improvement in safety performance, executed a training and development program achieving 96% local workforce, and progressed expansion plans that doubled the value of mine.
Gerbrand is an experienced Mining Company CFO with over 20 years of mining industry experience. He is a CPA registered with the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia and a CA (SA) registered in South Africa and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) Degree in Accounting from the University of Johannesburg. He served as CFO of BMC Minerals with major development assets in the Yukon, Trevali Mining operating in the America’s, West Africa and Namibia, and of Glencore’s Rosh Pinah Zinc Operations in Africa. In addition to these key executive roles, he has also been Vice President Business Initiatives and Development at Trevali and served as group financial controller and General Manager Commercial Services at Metorex Limited, a Southern African base-metals producer and developer. A Canadian citizen and resident in British Columbia, he started his professional career as a Tax and Assurance Manager with Deloitte.

Normally I'm speaking to you from Kellogg, Idaho, but this time we're in Toronto getting ready to attend the PDAC Speaker 2: Investment Conference. Speaker 2: Just wanted to take a moment to talk about Speaker 2: and refresh everyone on and any newcomers, Speaker 2: you know, Speaker 2: what what Bunker Hill is, what our vision is, and a little bit about what we're Speaker 2: we're working on. So. Speaker 2: We have a strategy to become a leading mid-tier Speaker 2: critical and precious metals mining company, North America focused, with multi-assets Speaker 2: in the near term. Now, our primary 1st step is the restart of the Bunker Hill mine, which is a Brownsfield restart Speaker 2: with Speaker 2: over 160 Speaker 2: million ounces of silver produced historically and 5 million tons of base metals. Speaker 2: The project is significantly de-risked. We own the processing facility and We're in the process of constructing that. And we're looking to be in production Speaker 2: in 2024...
