[00:31] Speaker 1: So Julian, as I said yesterday, Kotek released the initial mineral resource and preliminary economic assessment for the Lactamine Iron Tailings project. [00:40] Speaker 1: Perhaps we can kick this off by 1st reminding people of this project, your thoughts on the news yesterday and [00:47] Speaker 1: how this asset [00:49] Speaker 1: is aligned with Kotex overall vision. [00:52] Speaker 2: Well, 1st of all, Carl, thanks for having me back on the program. It's always a delight to be here. [00:58] Speaker 2: Yeah, we're pretty excited at Kotex with this announcement [01:02] Speaker 2: yesterday because [01:04] Speaker 2: it's the 1st in a way external corroboration [01:07] Speaker 2: of the enormous value [01:09] Speaker 2: we believe we are creating for our shareholders. This is signed off by competent persons [01:16] Speaker 2: and it shows the [01:18] Speaker 2: enormous upside that is contained within [01:22] Speaker 2: the Kotech as a company. Our market cap continues to be [01:25] Speaker 2: pretty small. Just this project alone, which is 1 of many projects [01:30] Speaker 2: has the potential to be many multiples [01:33] Speaker 2: of our existing [01:35] Speaker 2: market cap.
