During his tenure at Lumwana Mr. Ash Delivered over $100M in sustainable free cash flow improvements, achieved 50% improvement in safety performance, executed a training and development program achieving 96% local workforce, and progressed expansion plans that doubled the value of mine.

Speaker 2: So those familiar with the story know that Bunker Hill operated continuously over 100 years. We also know that we're busy Speaker 2: developing Speaker 2: and doing our 1st decline ramp to connect Speaker 2: the surface to the 6th level, which represents Speaker 2: access to a large portion of the mineralization Speaker 2: that we're planning on Speaker 2: exploiting on restart. Speaker 2: A few weeks ago, when we were driving that decline, we encountered Speaker 2: a pretty interesting Speaker 2: silver vein. It's a high-grade Speaker 2: silver mineralization Speaker 2: between the Sullivan and the Cate Fault, kind of truncated by a cross-cutting fault, the Flint Fault.
