I'm very pleased to introduce CEO and Director John E. Black. John's going to take us through the company's latest news and following we'll have a live Q&A session. [00:44] Speaker 2: We're very excited to be able to present [00:47] Speaker 2: the summary of the news that we put out yesterday that we [00:52] Speaker 2: will be having a strategic investment by South 32 into Aldebaran. [00:56] Speaker 2: This kind of explains some of the radio silence we've had over the past few weeks as everybody's been anticipating results and wondering why there's there's been a little bit of a delay on those. In the background [01:06] Speaker 2: we were working pretty hard on concluding an opportunity that we think will will really set us up well to continue to explore this this fascinating district that we're working on right now. So today what I'd like to do is is really just go through the details of the agreement, [01:23] Speaker 2: a few additional twists to it that don't don't fit into a simple press release so people can can realize what's coming up on this, and then more importantly, open it up to questions.
