Andrew Dinning
Managing Director & CEO at Sarama Resources
Andrew is a founder and the Managing Director and CEO of Sarama Resources Ltd. Andrew is committed to development in Africa and is a board member of The Australia-Africa Minerals & Energy Group (AAMEG), a peak body representing Australian companies engaged in the development of Africa’s resource industry.
Andrew has over 30 years experience in the international mining arena having worked in the Democratic Republic of Congo, West Africa, UK, Russia and Australia. He has extensive mine management, operations and capital markets experience and has spent most of his career in the gold sector. Andrew was a director and President of DRC based Moto Goldmines Ltd from 2005 to 2009. He oversaw development of the company’s Moto Gold Project (Kibali Gold) from 2 million to +22 million ounces of gold, taking the project from exploration to pre-development prior to the $600 million takeover by Randgold Resources and AngloGold Ashanti in October 2009.
Mr Dinning has a MBA, a First Class Mine Managers Certificate (Western Australia and South Australia) and a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) degree.
Carlos Bertoni

Carlos H. Bertoni graduated as a geologist in Brazil and obtained his M.Sc. degree in mineral exploration at Queen´s University in Canada. His professional experience spans over 40 years with diverse groups such as Cominco, Rio Tinto, Golden Star Resources, SNC Lavalin, Minières du Nord and Reunion Gold exploring and developing mineral projects in a variety of geological environments in Canada, South America and Africa. At Golden Star, Mr. Bertoni managed the exploration of all its key projects in the Guiana Shield, including Omai, Rosebel, Paul Isnard (Montagne d´Or), Yaou, Dorlin and Dachine (diamonds). Mr. Bertoni also participated at the development of the Tulawaka gold mine in Tanzania as the CEO of MDN. Mr. Bertoni is a consultant to Reunion Gold and Vice-President Exploration of Highland Copper. He is also a Professional Geoscientist under the Professional Geoscientists of Ontario, Canada, a Qualified Professional with the Brazilian Commission of Resources and Reserves, and a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists.
J. Paul Stevenson

J. Paul has been active continuously in mineral exploration and development since 1965 when he began working for Amax Exploration Inc. in Smithers, British Columbia. From 1968 to 1978 he worked for various exploration syndicates managed by Bacon & Crowhurst Engineers. J. Paul had the privilege during this era to be taught and trained by noted prospector JC “Cam†Stephen, and was able to hone his skills as a prospector and project manager.
After managing a number of exploration syndicates of his own, J. Paul entered the world of junior companies as a project manager in the 1980’s with a strong focus on Porphyry Copper exploration and development. In 1995 he became CEO of Pacific Booker Minerals Inc., and after taking the Morrison Project to Preliminary Economic Assessment, left Pacific Booker with board members Chris Sampson, P.Eng., Shelley Hallock, and Al Hilton to found Sego Resources Inc. in 2005.
J. Paul is a Community Elder of the Vancouver Métis Community Association, a board member of the National Aboriginal Energy and Power Association, a board member of his local Constituency Association, and a member of the Indigenous Network. He has served on the Premier’s Committee for Mining Initiatives, on the British Columbia Multiculturalism Advisory Council, and was Vice-Chair of Vancouver City Council’s Special Advisory Committee for Cultural Communities.
J. Paul has been a lifelong volunteer and activist focussed on the mining industry he loves and his Métis Community. In the traditional Métis way, he has a foot in two camps and strives to serve both. These two areas often intersect in his efforts to ensure full engagement between Indigenous People and the Mining Industry, and to explore for minerals with full respect for the Land. His current interest of the last ten years, besides advancing Sego’s Miner Mountain project, has been to assist Aboriginal men readjust to civil society after federal incarceration, and ensuring post-secondary education for Indigenous youth. In recognition of his service to the community, J. Paul was awarded the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee medal in 2012.
Michael Durose

A Professional Geologist (P.Geo) with a Master of Science in Mineral Economics from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, Mr. Durose is a highly-ranked financial analyst who has worked in the capital markets for more than 25 years. Founder and CEO of Durose Asset Management Inc., he previously held increasingly senior positions as a well-regarded mining analyst with Scotia Capital Inc., Morgan Stanley, Bunting Warburg, and Nesbitt Burns. He has travelled extensively to visit mining and exploration projects all over the world. Before joining the capital markets, Mr. Durose worked as an exploration geologist in the Canadian base metal and gold industries.

Mark Jarvis
CEO at Giga Metals
Mr. Jarvis has more than 30 years experience in exploration and development of mineral resources, both in oil and gas and metals.
After a career in financing exploration projects as a stockbroker, Mr. Jarvis moved to the corporate side of the business in 1996. He joined the Board of Ultra Petroleum, which at the time was a small oil and gas exploration and development company with a large, unconventional gas deposit. As Director responsible for Corporate Finance, he raised the equity capital necessary to prove the concept and to establish enough production to finance further growth with debt.
Mr. Jarvis became CEO of Giga Metals Corporations predecessor company in January 2004. During his tenure, the company has drilled off a giant nickel/cobalt deposit, worked out a reliable metallurgical circuit, and published a Preliminary Economic Assessment.
Terry Lynch
CEO, President & Director at Power Nickel
Terry is the CEO of Power Nickel Inc. and the Founder of Save Canadian Mining. Power Nickel is advancing the NISK project in James Bay Quebec. NISK has a historical resource of approximately 3-over-3 million-tonne 2 percent NiEq. Power completed an initial 3D modelling of the project and is drilling 4,000 metres in Q4 with a view to having a new technical report published in Q1 2022.

Bianca Pisciola

Bianca Pisciola is a co-founder and CRO of 6ix, a capital markets technology platform. Through 6ix, she has deployed data-driven investor relations technology for more than 100 public mining companies, including Endeavour Mining and McEwen Mining.
Bianca is on the founding team of Save Canadian Mining, an advocacy group dedicated to reinstating the tick test within Canadian capital markets. Other members of the founding team include Eric Sprott, Rob McEwen, Keith Neumeyer, Sean Roosen, and other leaders of the industry.
She also sits on the board of One Silver Lining, a Canadian non-profit organization she founded, supporting youth through conferences, benefit concerts, TEDx talks, and scholarships.
