The Management Board of Zakład Budowy Maszyn "ZREMB-CHOJNICE" S.A. (Joint Stock Company) (the Issuer) informs that on 18th September 2014 the company received a Resolution no. 797/14 of the Management Board of Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. in Warszawa of 18th September 2014 on conditional registration of 754,010 (seven hundred and fifty-four thousand ten) ordinary bearer F3-series shares. The resolution on registration of F3-series shares was passed under the condition of introduction of these securities to turnover on a regulated market.
Enclosed, the Issuer submits full contents of the Resolution no. 797/14 of the Management Board of KDPW of 18th September 2013.
