The Management Board of Zakład Budowy Maszyn "ZREMB-CHOJNICE" S.A. (the Issuer) informs that on 9th October 2014 the company received a Resolution no. 963/14 of the Management Board of Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. in Warszawa of 9th October 2014 on the amendment of the Resolution no. 797/14 of the Management Board of KDPW of 18th September 2014.
The Management Board of the National Depository for Securities decided to amend the aforementioned resolution in such a manner that the §1 paragraph 1 of this resolution shall be replaced with a new one.
In the resolution of 18th September 2014 the content was as follows:

"1. Under the § 40 paragraph 2, 3 and 4a and § 2 paragraph 1 and 4 of the Regulations of the Krajowy Depozyt
Papierów Wartościowych S.A., after the examination of ther application of the Company ZAKŁAD BUDOWY MASZYN
"ZREMB - CHOJNICE" S.A., the Management Board of Krajowy Depozyt decides to register in
Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych 754,010 _seven hundred and fifty-four
thousand and ten_ ordinary bearer F3-series shares of the company ZAKŁAD BUDOWY MASZYN
"ZREMB - CHOJNICE" S.A. of the nominal value of 0.50 PLN _fifty grosze_ each and
to code them as PLZBMZC00019, under the condition of the company trading on a regulated market, making a decision to introduce these shares to turnover on the same regulated market

to which other shares of this company, coded as PLZBMZC00019 had been introduced, subject to the paragraph
2."

Based on the provisions of the resolution of the 9th October 2014, the paragraph shall read as follows:

"1. Under the § 40 paragraph 2, 3 and 4a and § 2 paragraph 1 and 4 of the Regulations of the Krajowy Depozyt
Papierów Wartościowych S.A., after the examination of the application of the Company ZAKŁAD BUDOWY MASZYN
"ZREMB - CHOJNICE" S.A., the Management Board of Krajowy Depozyt decides to register in
Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych 754,000 _seven hundred and fifty-four
thousand_ ordinary bearer F3-series shares of the company ZAKŁAD BUDOWY MASZYN "ZREMB -
CHOJNICE" S.A. of the nominal value of 0.50 PLN _fifty grosze_ each and
to code them as PLZBMZC00019, under the condition of the company trading on a regulated market, making a decision to introduce these shares to turnover on the same regulated market

to which other shares of this company, coded as PLZBMZC00019 had been introduced, subject to the paragraph
2.". The Company informs that the amendment of the aforementioned resolution took place due to the decision made by the Management Board of Zakład Budowy Maszyn "ZREMB-CHOJNICE" S.A on the change of the number of shares subject to the application for admission and introduction to trding on a regulated market.

Enclosed, the Issuer submits full contents of the Resolution no. 963/14 of the Management Board of KDPW of 9th September 2014.
