The Management Board of Zakład Budowy Maszyn "ZREMB-CHOJNICE" S.A. ("the Issuer") informs that on 10th October 2014 it received a notification from a person obliged to provide notifications and fulfilling the function of a Member of the Management Board of the Issuer, concerning purchase transaction of 12,350 shares of the Issuer the total value whereof exceeded EUR 5,000.00.
Conclusion of the purchase transaction of 12,350 ordinary bearer shares issued by ZBM "ZREMB-CHOJNICE" S.A. took place between the 7th October 2014 and the 9th October 2014 at a regulated market (Warsaw Stock Exchange), through a brokerage house, in the mode of stock exchange sessions, of which:
1. on the 7th October 2014 - purchase of 12,140 shares for an average price of 1.72 PLN per a share,
2. on the 9th October 2014 - purchase of 210 shares for 1.76 per a share,
