Mr Ren Chao has served the Group since June 2015 and was appointed as the Executive Director of the Company and Acting CEO of the Group, and a member of the NC, on 3 April 2024.
As part of a planned retirement, Mr Ren Chao expressed his intention to retire and step down from his roles as the Executive Director of the Company and Acting CEO of the Group. Following his resignation, he will also step down as a member of the NC of the Company.
