Follow-up Notice of Ransomware Incident at Consolidated Subsidiary in Philippines
As announced in our notice dated April 22, 2026, titled "Notice of Ransomware Incident at Consolidated Subsidiary in Philippines," we confirmed that certain servers of Pricon Microelectronics, Inc. in the Philippines, one of our consolidated subsidiaries, had been affected by a ransomware attack.
Since then, we have been proceeding with recovery efforts in cooperation with external cybersecurity experts. As a result, the affected systems resumed normal operation on April
29. At this time, there has been no impact on our production or sales activities. We are, however, continuing to investigate the details of the damage caused by this incident and its cause.
Furthermore, as a result of a forensic investigation conducted by a third-party expert organization, no traces of information being taken outside or leaked, nor any evidence of unauthorized data transfer or disclosure, were found, and we have concluded that no information leak occurred.
We are currently assessing the impact of this incident on the business results of our group. Should any matters requiring disclosure arise, we will promptly provide updates.
