Notice of Organizational Restructuring and Personnel ChangesAt the Board of Directors meeting held on March 19, 2026, we resolved to implement organizational restructuring and personnel changes effective April 1, 2026, as outlined below.
Organizational restructuring
Purpose of the restructuring
To flatten the organization so that operations can be carried out more agilely and the collection and dissemination of information, both internally and externally, can be accelerated, thereby strengthening global collaboration and enhancing the foundation for timely disclosure and communication of information trusted by stakeholders inside and outside the Company.
Details of the restructuring
The Corporate Planning Section, Public Relations Section, and Sustainability Promotion Section will be abolished, and the Corporate Administration Department will be renamed the "Corporate Administration Group."
