Notice of Ransomware Incident at Consolidated Subsidiary in Philippines
On April 17, 2026, we confirmed that certain servers of Pricon Microelectronics, Inc. in the Philippines, one of our consolidated subsidiaries, was infected by ransomware attack. We are currently working with external experts and other relevant parties to protect and restore the infected systems. At the same time, we are continuing to investigate the extent of the damage and the cause of the incident.
At this time, we are still assessing the impact of this business impact on our consolidated business results. Should any matters requiring disclosure arise, we will promptly provide updates.
