Lagos, Nigeria, 31st December 2025 UPDC PLC ANNOUNCES CLOSED PERIOD FOR Q4 2025 UNAUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND 2025 AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
In accordance with the provisions of rule 17.18(a) Closed Period Rules, Rulebook of the Exchange, 2015 (as amended) (Issuers' Rules), the Closed Period for trading in the shares of UPDC Plc (the "Company") will commence on January 1, 2026 in respect of the Unaudited Q4 Financial Statements and Audited Financial Statements for the year ending 31 December 2025.
The Unaudited Q4 2025 Financial Statements and 2025 Audited Financial Statements of the Company will be due for release on January 30, 2026 and March 31, 2026 respectively.
Hence no insider and their connected persons may directly or indirectly deal in the securities of the Company until 24 hours after the release of the 2025 Audited Financial Statements via NGX's Issuers' Portal and by extension, the general public.
