Lagos, Nigeria, 1st April 2026 UPDC PLC Announces Closed Period for Q1 2026 Unaudited Results
In accordance with the provisions of rule 17.18(a) Closed Period Rules, Rulebook of The Exchange, 2015 (as amended) (Issuers' Rules), the Closed Period for trading in the shares of UPDC Plc (the "Company") commences on April 1, 2026 in respect of the Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ended 31 March 2026 ("Q1 2026 UFS). The Q1 2026 UFS will be due for release on or before April 30, 2026.
Therefore, no insider and their connected persons may directly or indirectly deal in the securities of the Company until twenty-four (24) hours after the release of the Q1 2026 UFS to Nigerian Exchange Limited and by extension, the public.
