At the same time, Fitch assessed Uniper's Stand-Alone Credit Profile at 'bb+'. The rating reflects Uniper's strong financial profile, improved cash flow visibility, and robust liquidity position. Fitch also recognizes the company's disciplined financial policy and its ongoing strategic repositioning toward more stable and contracted earnings streams. The addition of Fitch as a third rating agency alongside S&P and Scope further enhances Uniper's credibility in capital markets and supports diversified access to investors and funding sources.
