SUBJECT: BOARD MEETING RESCHEDULED

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Treet Corporation Limited (the Company) which was scheduled to be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 02:00 P.M. UAE Standard Time (03:00 P.M. Pakistan Standard Time), in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, to consider and approve the audited financial Statements (Standalone & Consolidated) ofthe Company for the financial year ended June 30, 2025 and for declaration of any entitlements, if any, has been rescheduled on Tuesday September 30, 2025 at 11:30 A.M. UAE Standard Time (12:30 P.M. Pakistan Standard Time).

The Company has declared the "Closed Period" from Tuesday, September 23, 2025 to Tuesday, September 30, 2025 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.4 of the PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
