This is to infonn you that a meeting of the Boar d ot Directors of Treet Corporation Limited (the Company) will be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2025. at 02:00 P.M. UAE Standard Time (3:00 P.M. Pakistan Standard Time), in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. to consider and approve the audited finalicial Statements (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the financial year ended June 30, 2025 and for declaration of any entitlements, if and'.
The Company has declared the "Closed Period" from Tuesday, September 23, 2025 to Tuesday, September 30, 2025 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.4 of the PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any iiianner during the Closed Period.
