Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the shareholders of Treet Corporation Limited "The Company" will be held on Monday, October 28, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. at Ali Auditorium, Ferozepur Road, Shahrah-e-Roomi, Lahore.
The Shares Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from October 22, 2024 to October 28, 2024, (both days inclusive). Transfers received in order at the office of our Shares Registrar, Mis Corplink Private Limited, wings arcade, 1-K, Commercial, Model Town, Lahore, by the close of business on October 21, 2024 will be treated in time for the purposes ofthe AGM.
We will be sending you requisite copies of Audited Annual Accounts for the Year Ended June 30, 2024 in due course of time. Alternatively, shareholders can access the financial statements by scanning the QR code will be disseminating through Notice ofAGM and Newspaper (Nationwide).
