transcosmos (the Company) hereby announces that its subsidiary, APPLIED TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD., has revised its forecasts for non-consolidated full-year financial results for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025 (January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025), as well as its dividends of surplus for the

record date of December 31, 2025, originally announced on February 10, 2025.
