Topco Scientific Reports Record July Revenue Exceeding NT$8 Billion for the First Time

Advanced Process Demand Drives Explosive Growth in Photoresists and Silicon Wafers

Topco Scientific (TWSE: 5434), a leading provider of integrated services for critical semiconductor materials, announced its July revenue today. Benefiting from full-capacity operations at semiconductor manufacturers and strong customer demand, the Company's consolidated revenue reached a record high of NT$8.17 billion in July, surpassing the NT$8 billion mark for the first time. Revenue increased by NT$670 million from the previous month, up 8.9% month-over-month and 42.6% year-over-year. Cumulative consolidated revenue for the first seven months of the year totaled NT$47.54 billion, representing a 23.5% increase compared with the same period last year, demonstrating exceptionally strong business momentum.

Topco Scientific achieved record monthly revenue for the second consecutive month, with July growth primarily driven by the semiconductor business. As demand for advanced process technologies continued to strengthen, fueled by AI chips and high-performance computing (HPC), shipments of critical semiconductor materials increased significantly. In addition, price increases for certain semiconductor materials resulting from higher petrochemical and freight costs further contributed to revenue growth. Among them, photoresists and silicon wafers, both indispensable materials in wafer manufacturing, recorded explosive growth. Meanwhile, full-capacity production at wafer fabs and memory manufacturers also drove substantial increases in shipments of related consumables, including wafer carriers, and CMP slurry.

In addition to the strong momentum in semiconductor materials, Topco Scientific's environmental engineering and facility integration businesses continued to contribute revenue based on project completion progress. Looking ahead, as the global expansion of advanced logic chip and high-end memory production capacity continues, Topco Scientific will further strengthen its long-term partnerships with customers, actively support customers' new fab expansion plans, and provide timely, high-standard integrated material services while continuing to pursue new revenue milestones.
