April 2, 2026 Text estimates that at the end of the final quarter of the 2025/26 financial year, the Group's monthly recurring subscription revenue (MRR) amounted to USD 6.93 million. This result translates into a decrease of 2.7% year-on-year and a decrease of 0.7% compared to the end of the previous quarter. The reported MRR includes fixed subscription fees but excludes fees based on the pay-per-usage model, such as additional ChatBot interactions, API as a Service, and others. In the future, MRR will include such payments if they are prepaid. The lower MRR level was offset by dynamic growth in payments collected under the "pay-per-usage" model, which are not included in MRR. In particular, fees for the use of the Company's API increased 2.6-fold quarter-over-quarter. As a result, the estimated value of payments received amounted to USD 22.56 million, representing a 0.4% year-over-year increase and a 3.1% increase compared to the previous three months. This is the highest quarterly value recorded in the financial year and the highest since Q2 of the 2024/25 financial year.
