PRESS RELEASE Wrocław/Boston February 26, 2026 Text Group results after three quarters of the 2025/26 financial year: PLN 249.2 million in revenue, PLN 88.1 million in net profit The Text Group's consolidated revenue in Q1-Q3 2025/2026 amounted to PLN 249.2 million, and net profit was PLN 88.1 million. This represents a decrease of 6% and 31% year-on-year, respectively. The company generates the vast majority of its revenue in the US dollar - sales in this currency increased by 1% year-on-year to USD 66.2 million. At the end of the third quarter, recurring subscription revenue (MRR) reached USD 6.98 million, a decrease of 1.7% year-on-year. Converted to annual recurring revenue (ARR), this translates to USD 83.7 million. The Group's strategic goal remains to achieve USD 100 million in ARR. Management Board Commentary "We are working very hard on product development, but also crucial is work on the go-to-market strategy for the new brand, which is de facto Text. Our business is healthy, as evidenced by the Management Board's decision to pay an interim dividend, but we want to return to business growth as quickly as possible. To achieve this goal in 2026, it will be crucial to increase the value we create for our customers and ensure that this is followed by revenue retention," said Mariusz Ciepły, co-founder and CEO of Text. Key Events of the current financial year In August, the technical soft launch of the new product, under the working name Text App, took place on the text.com domain. In the second quarter of the fiscal year, the Company acquired the first new customers for this solution organically. Work is underway on developing Text App, warming up the text.com domain, which is intended to be a new customer acquisition channel for the Company, as well as refining the sales funnel for Text App and optimally presenting the value of the new product. In December, the Company obtained SOC-2 certification Type1, and in January, the observation period in the process of obtaining Type 2 certification begun. In January 2026, the Company obtained Meta Business Partner status. In February, the Text App, Livechat, ChatBot, and HelpDesk products were introduced to the Microsoft marketplace.
