Request of a shareholder concerning the convening of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Sygnity S.A.

The Management Board of Sygnity Spółka Akcyjna with the registered office in Warsaw ("Company") hereby notifies you that on 25 January 2017 it received, from Legg Mason Parasol Inwestycyjny Otwarty Subfundusz Akcji with the registered office in Warsaw, shareholder of the Company ("Shareholder"), represented by Legg Mason Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych

  1. with the registered office in Warsaw, a request as of 25 January 2017 concerning the convening of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Sygnity S.A. under Art. 400(1) of the Code of Commercial Companies, with the following agenda:

    1. Opening the Extraordinary General Meeting.

    2. Electing the Chairperson of the Extraordinary General Meeting.

    3. Drawing up an attendance list.

    4. Determining that the Extraordinary General Meeting has been convened properly and that it is able to adopt resolutions.

    5. Electing the returning committee.

    6. Presenting and adopting the agenda.

    7. Adopting a resolution concerning changes in the Company's Supervisory Board.

    8. Adopting a resolution concerning paying, by the Company, the costs of convening and holding the Extraordinary General Meeting.

    9. Closing the Extraordinary General Meeting.

    The Management Board of the Company notifies you that it will take all necessary steps to realize the shareholder's corporate rights referred to in the request. The Company will notify you, in a separate current report, of convening the Extraordinary General Meeting with the above agenda submitted by the shareholder.

    Enclosed, the Company provides you with draft resolutions submitted by the shareholder with the request.
