28/2016 Changes to the Management Board of Sygnity S.A. The Management Board of Sygnity spółka akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw ("Sygnity", "Company") informs that on 30 May 2016 the Supervisory Board of the Company decided to remove from the Management Board of the Company, effective as of today, Mr Janusz R. Guy - Management Board President and Ms Magdalena Bargieł - Management Board Vice-President for Personnel.Further, the Supervisory Board of the Company on 30 May 2016 decided to appoint Mr Jan Maciejewicz, the current Vice-President of the Management Board of the Company, as the President of the Management Board of the Company.
Mr Jan Maciejewicz graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics, he also holds the degree of doctor of economics. Mr Jan Maciejewicz has an extensive and long work experience, also an IT expert. In 1984 - 1985 at Harvard University, Fulbright Scholarship. In 1986 - 1990 he was associated with the Ministry for Abroad Economic Cooperation. In 1990 - 1994 a Managing Partner and President of Deloitte & Touche, an international consulting and auditing company providing legal and tax services. In 1995 - 2004 a Managing Partner and President of A.T. Kearney Warszawa (international strategic consulting company). In 2004 - 2007 a Vice-President of the Management Board of PKN ORLEN S.A. - the biggest Polish petroleum and petrochemical company. In 2007 - 2008 an assistant professor in the Institute of Management in Economics of the Warsaw School of Economics. Since 2008 a Partner of ICENTIS Corporate Solutions - a private boutique investment company specializing in take-overs and mergers as well as finance arrangement. In 2010 - 2012 the President of the Management Board of Infovide-Matrix S.A. Mr Jan Maciejewicz was a member of supervisory boards of, among others, Infovide-Matrix S.A., Narodowe Centrum Sportu, CEE Property Fund TFI, Polkomtel S.A., Mazeikiu Nafta. Since September 2012 an Advisor to the Management Board of Sygnity, on 12 February 2016 appointed by the Supervisory Board of the Company as a Vice-President of the Management Board of the Company.
Mr Jan Maciejewicz is not engaged in any other business than the Company. He does not own interest in any competitive partnerships or companies as a partner of a civil law or any other partnerships or as an officer of any companies nor does he own interest in any other competitive corporate entity as its officer.
Mr Jan Maciejewicz is not entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept and maintained in accordance with the Act on the National Court Register.
