Notification of transactions involving shares of Sygnity S.A. made by a person discharging managerial responsibilities
The Management Board of Sygnity Spółka Akcyjna with the registered office in Warsaw ("Company") hereby notifies you that today, i.e. on 20 February 2017, it received, from a person discharging managerial responsibilities at Sygnity S.A., i.e. Jakub Leśniewski, the Vice-President of the Management Board, a notification of a transaction made on 20 February 2017 consisting in the disposal of the total of 12,490 ordinary bearer shares of Sygnity S.A.
Enclosed, the Management Board provides the full contents of the notification received.
