Dear Sir,
This is in reference to the application of Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (the 'Company') dated October 20, 2025, on the subject, whereby the Company has sought an extension for filing its first quarterly financial statements for the period ended September 30, 2025.
2, In this connection, I am directed to inform you that in terms of section 237 of the Companies Act, 2017 (the "Act"), the Commission has granted an extension of 30 days to the Company for filing its fiTst quarterly financial statements for the period ended September 30, 2025, by November 29, 2025.
3. This letter is issued with the approval of the competent authority and without prejudice to any action that the Commission may initiate for non-compliance with any requirements of the Act.
