In this regard, Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) vide letter No. SMD/PRDD/Comp/(14)/2021/77 dated October 17, 2025 has conveyed that the Commission has granted extension of 30 days to the Company to convene and hold the AGM for the year ended june 30, 2025 i.e. by November 27, 2025.

This is in reference to the letter dated October 02, 2025, from Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, (the 'Company') on the subject, whereby the Company has sought anextension under section 132 read with section 223 of the Companies Act, 2017 (the "AcC') for coiwening its AGM and laying therein the annual audited financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2025.
in this connection, I am directed to inform you that in terms of section 132 read with section 223 of the Act, the Commission has granted an extension to the Company for a period of 30 days up to November 27, 2025, to convene and hold the AGM for the year ended June 30, 2025, and lay therein the financial statements for shareholder consideration.
This letter is issued with the approval of the competent authority and without prejudice to any action that the Commission may initiate for non-compliance with any requirements ofthe Act.
