Lagos, Nigeria, March 31, 2026 STERLING FINANCIAL HOLDINGS COMPANY PLC - PUBLICATION OF THE AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31ST DECEMBER 2025
Sterling Financial Holdings Company Plc (the Company) wishes to notify Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), its shareholders, and the investing public of the delay in the publication of its Audited Financial Statements (AFS) for the year ended 31st December 2025.
The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Thursday, 12th March 2026 considered and approved the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December 2025, subject to the approval of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). The 2025 AFS is currently being reviewed by the CBN.
To this end, the Company will publish its 2025 AFS on or before 30th April 2026, upon receipt of the requisite approvals.
In continuing compliance with the post-listing requirements of the NGX, the previously announced closed period which commenced on 1st January 2026 will continue until 24 hours after the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December 2025 and Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ending 31st March 2026 are released via the Issuers' Portal of the NGX.
