The Board of Directors wishes Lo announce Lhe resig no tion of ChemuLai Murgor from her role as Chief FinanciaI Officer (CFO) and Executive Director ofl SLanda rd Chartered Bank Kenya Limited effective 31 May 2026.
Chemutai has had a distinguished career aL Lhe Bank for over 25 years complemented by extensive Board experience in
both the private and public sectors, including with International NGOs.
In addition to her role as CFO for Lhe Bank, ChemuLa i assumed expanded responsibilities as CFO for Standa rd Chartered Bank in EasL Africa and subsequently across Africa. Under her leadership, Lhe Bank has achieved sig nificanL efficiencies, resulLing in effective ba lance sheet management and sustainable growth. She has builI a fu ture-ready, forward-looking Finance function by leveraging technology Lo enhance flinancia I reporting. She hasa Iso been instrumental in leading transLorma Liona I initialives ChaI have enabled the Bank to achieve its strategic objectives.
