RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Stamford Tyres Corporation Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce the resignation of Ms Heng Michelle Fiona ("Ms Heng") as Company Secretary with effect from 30 June 2025.
The Board also wishes to take this opportunity to thank Ms Heng for her past services to the Company.
Following the aforesaid resignation, Ms Lim Guek Hong will remain the Secretary of the Company.
