On June 15, Pamplona Farm (GO) hosted the 12th edition of Farm Day, the company's annual event that brings investors, analysts, and partners closer to the realities of agricultural operations. The initiative offered an immersive look at the practices, technologies, and strategies that drive SLC Agrícola's performance, providing a deeper understanding of its agricultural operations.
The program featured the participation of the Executive Board and began with welcoming remarks from the Vice President of SLC Group and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of SLC Agrícola, Jorge Luiz Logemann, and from the Manager of Pamplona Farm, Renan Rolim.
This year, participants were welcomed in an external environment designed to promote connection, knowledge sharing, and practical experience of the company's operations. During the morning, the guests visited the fields and participated in two technical stations that showcased the combination of innovation, operational efficiency, and sustainability.
At the Irrigation and Regenerative Agriculture Station, the benefits of irrigation for productivity, the responsible use of water resources, and practices aimed at soil regeneration were presented, including crop rotation and carbon projects. The station also simulated the operation of the irrigation system and addressed aspects related to the cotton harvest planning and its relationship with operational efficiency.
At the Digital Agriculture Station, participants learned about technologies that enhance the precision and management capacity of agricultural operations. Among the highlights was the Pelican electric aircraft, used for monitoring and agricultural spraying, as well as the control tower, a structure that tracks activities in real time and contributes to faster, more accurate decisions in the field. In the afternoon, the program continued with a series of presentations led by the company's Executive Officers.
The Chief Executive Officer, Aurélio Pavinato, opened the session by sharing SLC Agrícola's strategic vision and growth prospects for the coming years. Subsequently, Leonardo Celini, Chief Operating Officer, presented the status of the 2025/26 crop year, the outlook for the 2026/27 crop year, and the progress of the Crop-Livestock Integration (ILP). The sustainability agenda was led by Álvaro Dilli, HR and Sustainability Officer, who underscored certifications, carbon projects, and initiatives that create value for both the business and society.
Roberto Acauan, Chief Sales and New Business Officer, addressed the commodities market environment and advances in traceability, while Gustavo Lunardi, Chief Procurement and Seed Business Officer, presented the results and outlook for SLC Sementes and inputs for the upcoming crop season. Closing the presentation series, the Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer Ivo Brum provided an analysis of the impacts and opportunities related to the Tax Reform for the agribusiness sector.
One of the highlights of the event was the awarding of the APIMEC Brazil Attendance Seal, a recognition that further strengthens the company's commitment to transparency, the quality of information provided, and a consistent relationship with the capital markets. At the end of the program, participants had the opportunity to interact directly with the company's leadership during a question-and-answer session, delving deeper into topics related to strategy, operations, sustainability, and future prospects.
Once again, Farm Day reaffirmed its role as an important platform for engagement and transparency with the market, allowing investors and partners to see firsthand SLC Agrícola's operational excellence and how innovation, technology, and sustainability are integrated into the company's day-to-day operations.
"The Farm Day is a unique opportunity to show our investors and market analysts how SLC Agrícola operates. By the end of the visit, they understand the potential we have to deliver increasingly greater efficiency, high productivity, production cost control, and a sustainable production system." Aurélio Pavinato, Chief Executive Officer
"Investors spent a day in the field alongside the company's executives, where they were able to ask questions, learn more about the business, and, above all, gain a clear understanding of our governance, which is very strong." André Vasconcellos, Planning, Costs and Investor Relations Manager
