LONGUEUIL, QC, Jan. 10 /CNW Telbec/ - SECTION ROUGE MEDIA INC. (TSX-V: SRO) ("Section Rouge Media") announced today that it has divested itself of its crossword magazines, as well as the Horoscope-Quotidien title. The Company has accepted a $230,000 cash offer from 4366832 Canada Inc., based in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, for the publications in question. The deal was closed on December 19 of last year.
Richard Desmarais, President and CEO of Section Rouge Media, indicated that this move will leave the Company free to focus on publications offering higher potential for growth and profitability.
