(TSX-V: SRO) today announces the resignation, effective June 25, 2008, of Mr. Richard Desmarais as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Corporation. Mr. Desmarais was appointed to such offices in August 2003. He communicated his desire to devote all his time as journalist. Concurrently, the Board of Directors appointed the Vice-president and Secretary Mr. Jean-Pierre Rancourt, as President and CEO on an interim basis.
