SECTION ROUGE MEDIA inc (TSX : SRO) reported a net loss of $22,429 for the third quarter ended September 30, 2007. The Company's gross sales also diminished from $975,178 in 2006 to $838,023 this year. These quarterly results translate into a $0.005 per share loss .

Meanwhile, the quarterly results demonstrate that even during a period of weak marketing of its publications, corporate administration successfully and sensibly reduced its sales, administration and financing costs from $774,716 during the same period in 2006 to $502,771 in this reporting quarter. The Company having agreed to relinquish its televisual activities which failed to meet expectations, $56,712 of the total net losses of $222,429 are attributable to the publications sector. Moreover, 58% of the losses accumulated in the 9 months of 2007 are attributable to its televisual sector, an area entered into by the Company during the summer of 2006.

"Presently, we are concentrating our efforts in the completion of the transaction announced last September 14th with Evolutra Corporation and sincerely believe that this transaction will, in short order, positively affect the Company's overall financial picture" declared Mr. Richard Desmarais, President and CEO of Section Rouge Media. Mr. Desmarais further stated that the Company is currently investigating an offer received to purchase certain of its magazines.
