In accordance with Section 87 (2) AktG, each person nominated for election to the Supervisory Board must present their professional qualifications and their professional or comparable positions to the Annual General Meeting, as well as any circumstances that could give rise to concerns regarding impartiality.

This gives me the professional expertise required for acting on the Supervisory Board of Rosenbauer International AG.

I further declare that

1. I have disclosed all circumstances in connection with Section 87 (2) AktG and in my opinion there are no circumstances that could justify the concern of partiality,

2. I have not been convicted of any criminal offense by a court of law, in particular any offense that calls my professional reliability into question in accordance with Section 87 (2a) S 3 AktG,

3. there are no obstacles to appointment within the meaning of Section 86 (2), in particular Section 86 (2) no. 1 in combination with Section 86 (3) AktG (exceeding the statutory maximum number of Supervisory Board mandates) and Section 86 (4) AktG,

4. I do not hold any executive positions at other companies that are competitors of Rosenbauer International AG; and

5. I do not have any business or personal relations with Rosenbauer International AG or its Executive Board that could give rise to a material conflict of interest and thus have the potential to influence my conduct as a member of the Supervisory Board.
